  3. Vitamin-H- It is a part of the B complex family and is also known as biotin. Biotin has been shown to regrow hair and even reverse premature graying.Thus adding biotin to the diet gives protection both to the hair follicles and to the nerves that support their proper function. For consumption you can find biotin in milk, yeast and egg yolks.
  4. Iron- Iron is one of the most essential mineral for the normal growth and maintenance of hair. Lack of iron in the body does not only result to anemia but can also cause hair loss.
  5. Protein :- Protein mainly found in animal sources such as meat, chicken etc. and also in dairy products is one of the vital component for your hair. Protein is also an ingredient in the shampoos, conditioners and hair treatments. As there is a 90% composition of protein content in the hair, defeciency in protein intake can lead to dry and brittle hair causing hair loss.
